There are several ways to find your order’s status and tracking information:
Order Notifications
Order Confirmation: When you submit an order you will receive an order confirmation email – with instructions for submitting your payment.
Payment Confirmation: Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email saying your order is processing. If all information is correct within your payment (order # and amount) you should receive this shortly after you submit your payment. *If there is an error it may delay processing times*
Shipping Confirmation: When your order has been packaged and is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number. Orders generally ship out at 2pm. If your order is processed after that time it will ship out on the next business day. If it is processed after 2pm on a Friday, or Saturday / Sunday – then your order will ship out on Monday.

You can always check the status of your order on our website – which will include your tracking number if it has shipped.
