No, AC Peptides does not provide advice on how to utilize research peptides. Our products are exclusively intended for research purposes only. Any inquiries or communications about using our products for human consumption will result in an immediate refund of the order. Furthermore, emails that reference non-research use will not be addressed or answered.

Due to the sensitive nature of the Peptide industry we can not accept returns. Click here for further explanations and more details on our refund policy.

Contact Us and let us know the mistake – this can delay your order’s processing 2-3 days or longer.

You will receive an email with tracking number once your payment has been received and your order has been packaged and is ready to ship.

If you do not receive this email please check your spam / junk.

You can also check the status and find the tracking number of your order in your Account Dashboard -> Orders.

If your order status is marked delivered but you did not receive it – first, check with your immediate neighbors or mailroom. Check all entrances to your home. Carriers can drop packages off at the wrong address. Second call your local post office and provide your tracking number – In almost every situation the post office or UPS is able to locate the package when you follow the proper steps to notify them of an issue. 

If your order appears to be stalled for more than 7 days or USPS cannot find your package, contact us and we will file a claim and an investigation has to be done by the local USPS. If USPS deems that the package is in fact lost, then we will gladly re-ship out your package. We can not re-ship a package until USPS validates that the package is lost.
