Shipping Timeframe:

Shipping Policy: Orders ship Monday-Friday within 24-48 hours of payment. We do not ship on the weekends. Any orders processed after 12pm EST on Friday ship on Monday. 

Order Processing: 

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for how to submit payment.

Once your payment is confirmed you will receive a second confirmation email. Tracking will be created and your order status will move from “processing” to “completed”. You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number from admin@acpeptides.is 

(please make sure you check your spam for our emails).

We do not ship internationally.

USPS 3-5 Day Ground, Including Reship Insurance: $8.75

* USPS: 1-2 Day Priority Express: $32.50 – Contact Us for this option

Express is not overnighting or NDA; it’s 1-2 days. Please understand this option and what you’re paying for.

*USPS 1-2 Day Priority Express Mail packages must be placed by 12pm EST if you want your package shipped out the same day; all Express mail after 2pm EST will ship the next day. If it is after 2pm on Friday; Priority Express will not ship until Monday.

Late or Delayed Package?

Once your order physically departs from one of our 2 facilities; we can’t control USPS transit times. The estimates given by USPS are only estimates. All of these shipping services provide no guarantee for an exact arrival time.

Reship Insurance:

All Products are Covered by Reship Insurance!

In the event of lost or damaged packages, all you would need to do is reach out to us with photos of damaged products or inform us that your package is lost (please verify that it is actually lost based off the tracking info & follow directions below to try and locate it before) and we will send you a new package! We have your best interest at heart!

We do not offer refunds or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. We ship it to where you have indicated at checkout.

Steps to Take When You Think That Your Package Might Be Lost:

First, check with your immediate neighbors or mailroom. Check all entrances to your home. Carriers can drop packages off at the wrong address. In almost every situation the post office is able to locate the package when you follow the proper steps to notify them of an issue.

1. Call your local post office and provide your tracking number

2. See if the post office can send someone out to retrace the route to help track down the mis-delivered package. *It may takes 5 days to be re-delivered.

3. If the Postmaster indicates that he/she cannot locate your package due to it being lost, please forward the email with the formal response to the your package inquiry / service request to admin@acpeptides.is so we can get your package shipped out again at no cost to you.
