Overview:

Shipping Policy: Orders ship Monday-Friday (We do not ship out on the weekends) Any orders placed after 2pm est on Friday, tracking information will not be available until Sunday night or Monday morning. 

Processing Time: Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email that acknowledges that we have received your order. It also has information on how to remit payment and some shipping details. Once payment is confirmed, tracking will be created and your order status will move from “processing” to “shipped”. You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number from [email protected] (please make sure you check your spam for our emails).

We ship anywhere in the U.S.

Shipping Options:

USPS 2-3 Day Priority, Including Reship Insurance: $12.75 

USPS 3-5 Day Ground, Including Reship Insurance: $8.75

USPS 3-5 Day Ground, Free with Minimum Order of $300

USPS: 1-2 Day Priority Express: $32.50 

With 1-2 Day Priority Express, order must be placed before 2pm EST to make sure that the order goes out the same day. Priority Express on a Friday will not arrive until Monday, possibly Tuesday so please be aware of this when requesting Priority Express on a Friday. Any Priority Express packages ordered over the weekend will not ship out until Monday.

Same Day Shipping:

 Orders must be placed by 2pm EST if you’d like to have your package shipped out the same day. 

USPS 1-2 Day Priority Express Mail packages must be placed by 2pm EST if you want your package shipped out the same day; all Express mail after 2pm EST will ship the next day. If it is after 2pm on Friday; Priority Express will not ship until Monday.

Express is not overnighting or NDA; it’s 1-2 days. Please understand this option and what you’re paying for.

Reship Insurance:

In the event of lost or damaged packages, all you would need to do is reach out to AC Peptides with photos of damaged products or inform us that your package is lost (please verify that it is actually lost based off the tracking info & follow directions below to try and locate it before) and we will send you a new package! We have your best interest at heart!

All Products are Covered by Reship Insurance!

In an effort to keep our customer’s orders as protected as possible; AC Peptides absorbs $15-$25 of the reship insurance and only passing along a flat fee of $4.00 to customers which is included in shipping cost.

We never want to be in a position where we are not able to reship out a package because reship insurance wasn’t purchased. We have a desire to make sure that your packages get to you & we are willing to absorb 90% of the insurance charge that it costs to fully insure the packages based on their value. This protects your order from damages and lost packages, not porch theft. Reship Insurance is no longer optional and is built into the pricing of 2 out of 5 services.

We do not offer refunds or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. We ship it to where you have indicated at checkout.

Once your order physically departs from one of our 2 facilities; we can’t control USPS transit times. The estimates given by USPS are only estimates. All of these shipping services provide no guarantee for an exact arrival time.

Steps to Take When You Think That Your Package Might Be Lost:

First, check with your immediate neighbors or mailroom. Check all entrances to your home. Carriers can drop packages off at the wrong address. In almost every situation the post office or UPS is able to locate the package when you follow the proper steps to notify them of an issue.

1. Call your local post office and provide your tracking number

2. See if the post office can send someone out to retrace the route to help track down the mis-delivered package. *It usually takes 5 days to be re-delivered.

3. If the Postmaster indicates that he/she cannot locate your package due to it being lost, please email the formal response to the service request you filed to [email protected] so we can get your package shipped out again at no cost to you.
